Revenue protection

Failed charges recover themselves.

A wallet short on USDC is the card-decline of crypto. Subsie retries on a schedule and emails the customer before every attempt.

  • Retry ladder you configure per plan
  • Pre-charge emails so renewals never surprise
  • Past-due state streamed to your backend via webhooks

FAQ

SaaS teams ask

Can customers upgrade or downgrade mid-cycle?

Yes. Plan changes prorate the difference and the next on-chain charge reflects the new tier — the allowance cap is adjusted with the customer's approval.

How do trials work without a card on file?

The customer approves a limited allowance at signup but nothing is pulled until the trial ends. Cancel during the trial and the approval is revoked — no charge ever happens.

Do we have to touch smart contracts?

No. You define plans via the dashboard or REST API; the audited contracts that enforce caps and cooldowns are Subsie's job.

Ship stablecoin billing this sprint.

Create an account, wire up the API, and send customers to hosted checkout — live settlement arrives as the platform matures.
